From manufacturing requirement to reliable production.

Mavi Engineers was founded by Mr. Vivek Sarak and Mr. Vishal Tachale with the objective of creating a dependable precision manufacturing and engineering company for automotive, EV mobility and industrial customers.

The company began its manufacturing journey at Solapur. As customer requirements grew, Mavi Engineers continued to strengthen machinery, processes, manpower and manufacturing systems.

In 2026, Mavi Engineers started its second manufacturing unit at Chakan, Pune, strengthening support for automotive, EV mobility, machining and industrial programs in the Pune manufacturing belt.

Today, our capabilities cover VMC machining, CNC plasma cutting, fiber laser cutting, CNC router cutting, sheet-metal fabrication, structural and heavy fabrication, MIG/TIG/ARC welding, laser welding, drilling and related operations.
